Welcome to the Green Key Realty website. Kathryn and Green Key have been serving clients in the Emerald Isle and Crystal Coast region since 2003. It has been a wonderful journey. We have made so many friends of our clients and vendor team over the years.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing, wonderful, caring and fun people. We’ve been blessed to have our clients send us so many of their family and friends over the years that generically expanded our client base to a very successful level. Your confidence in our team is very much appreciated.

The year 2021 has brought a change for the Green Key team. The time has come for us to close our doors and say goodbye to “active” real estate. It’s been a magnificent experience with so many treasured highlights. We are choosing to move on to other life choices. Danica is getting her license and has moved on to another company. Brandie is becoming a stay-at-home mom. Kathryn is taking much deserved time off to garden, rest, and look in new directions.
